From the responses, I am beginning to think it's our carrier. Waiting for an answer back from them.

Sometimes very broad questions are appropriate, assuming the questioner understands that the answers will be equally broad.
With my last SF post, I was able to get a rough sense of the boundaries of the issue, and sometimes that's pretty useful.

Usually postings mention NPA or even a region - like the last one was was San Francisco area....that is how it was started. So I am not sure what you are saying is accurate. As we discover other people having issues and there is a commonality, we can provide more information.

They tend to be less abstract.
In your case, that would mean specifying the terminating carrier
and/or the providers in question and/or the prefixes. These details
eventually come out because someone replies asking for clarification,
but it would certainly be more efficient to just include them to begin
with.
