>From our experience, it's best to deal with a 3rd party for CABS billing. It also takes a lot of time to get all of the billing accounts set up properly. Once it's running though, it works well and payments are automated. We've had good experiences with Sandy Beaches Software with our CABS billing.

We use Customer Master from Mid American Computing Corp for all of our end user and CABS processing. Verizon worked directly with MACC to setup the data transfer.
