I am testing the InnoMedia MTA6328-8e1s and it seems to be working reliably, even at 14.4.

I am also looking at FaxBack SatisFAXtion. Apparently they run a custom firmware on the AudioCodes MP-202B that essentially does a store and forward - proxies the entire fax and then transmits it to the server via HTTPS for transmission via the PSTN. Of course, we were looking at a fax server purchase anyway so this is just an added benefit.

Mediatrix 4102 seems to perform pretty good when limiting the bit rate to 9600 on the connected fax machine. The problem arises when the fax machine is not configurable. I'm now considering testing the Audiocodes MP112 as it allows for configuring the bit rate at the IAD level.
Do you have any experience using Audiocodes for faxing? If so, would you share a configuration file example?
Have you had a better lock with any other analog adapters? If so, would you be able to share the make/model?

I'm also experimenting with the Adtran TA FXS ports. I will post an update once tested.
