[VoiceOps] Cloudvox and their digits service

I would like to give a recommendation for Paul's work. A CLEC that I worked
for last year subscribed to one of his services, and it was very accurate
and priced reasonably. Saved me a month of work writing a nationwide rater
by LATA.
