[VoiceOps] Carriers that allow CNAM dips via SIP Subscribe?

I built a shim for BroadSoft's callingName stuff using jain-sip-api and it was only quiet small ~500 lines (although working from flat-file not http).

BroadSoft I believe 'holds' the call during the SUBSCRIBE query, so a speedy response is pretty mandatory, so you may want some type of caching layer between you and your service provider anyway...

I have seen a few offer it via HTTP, but that won't work for my platform without developing a custom proxy to translate the SIP to HTTP and back again.
