[VoiceOps] Level 3 still having issues?

We have noticed traffic inbound into our network flopping between our 2 locations in CA and CO.
On talking with our ISP they have not re-peered with Level 3 as of yesterday 4 pm MST

Have anyone else out there noticed it?
