I'm not aware of legal requirements other than when you've been warned a LEA
request will be coming or are gathering info for one that you should check
carefully before aging them out.
We don't age them out today.

Do you have any specific guidelines in your SLAs around how long you retain
customer voicemails? Is there any legal requirement ITSPs have to fulfill
regarding this at federal or state levels?
