You should just need to use the %BWLINEPORT-2%, %BWAUTHPASSWORD-2%
equivalents for the second line (and %BWLINEPORT-3% for the third, etc).
The Shared Line tag works the same way. You should be able to use
%BWSHAREDLINE-1%, %BWSHAREDLINE-2%, ....
