[VoiceOps] Verizon Wireless problem?

We've noticed the same in MA and have a ticket open with L3.  I'm not sure what priority it's receiving internally due to the ongoing portal & API issues.

Yes.  Appears to be largely to Center City Philadelphia L3 ELS service, but others may have not yet complained.
