[VoiceOps] SIPRoutes

We tested with them for a couple months and have been live for about 3.
Their service is pretty solid with one exception where they lost an IP
carrier and it took 5 minutes (an eternity) for BGP to re-route. Other than
that, most issues have been a long call connect here and there, which
points to specific carriers (they are only as good as their weakest link).
Their portal is top-notch and their support thus far has been good. They
even proactively notified us to let us know that our average CPM was a
little high and that we should take a look at the carriers we had in
routing (as the end user you can control which carriers are in the route
list, which is very cool).

My wish-list items are:
-- geographic diversity (it appears they have one SBC pair)
-- private IP connections (they only offer access over the Internet)
-- International terminations (they only do domestic)

I'd say they are definitely worth a look for LCR, but I would not make them
your sole choice.
