I'd be academically curious in the responses too, though I don't think 
I'd move away from PT branded support.  The costs of failure are just 
too high, and I've been quite impressed with the support we've received 
with them.  Just out of curiosity, in the case of a hardware failure, 
how would you license your standby unit without them issuing a license?
