[VoiceOps] SIP Syntax Checker

Hi all,

for a little SIP security project, I want to check, if the syntax of an
incoming (recorded) SIP request is syntax-correct according to rfc3261.

Does anybody know a (opensource) application (perl-, python- or
whatsoever module) which is capable to do this job?
