[VoiceOps] CALEA for the small fry operator

Name one thing that's standard in telecom. People still run x.25, frame relay and AS400's.

All kidding aside, we've heard a few different ways of doing this, but is there anyone on this list who as been sued or fined as a result of CALEA non-compliance?
