Also you do realize that each of those has totally different provisioning
systems and requirements, right?  You are setting up three distinct
provisioning systems.

We recently hired someone from this list to set up our GS provisioning (I
don't know if he wants to be named so I won't).  I think we paid him around
$1k, but we also have a very experienced Polycom/Cisco provisioning person
to take over where he left off.  You should plan to spend this for each of
the systems or maybe more.
