[VoiceOps] Issues with the "new" SPA1x2 models

Make sure you're using firmware version 1.3.1-003. The previous version v1.2.1-004 has major stability issues, memory leaks and SNMP issues. It crashes after a few days and requires a hard reboot to be restored.
