[VoiceOps] Need to stress test our SBCs

SIPp works well provided you have a bit of time to learn the ropes, have an
appropriate place to host it, and don't need a tool that will report on the
quality of the call.

Cyara has an excellent hosted product if you want something external that
will also report on call quality.
