[VoiceOps] VoiceOps Digest, Vol 66, Issue 2

Hello VoiceOps list, I'd note that there's some subtleties around
BroadSoft's policies around "unsupported software" installed on servers in
the system, but in any case, BroadSoft itself is going to be using Puppet
to manage BroadWorks servers in the context of NFV and system
orchestration. This isn't to say that BroadSoft officially supports Puppet
management of BroadWorks nodes today, but since BroadSoft is going to be
using it in the interface between the BroadWorks NFM (Network Function
Manager, the upcoming BroadWorks virtualization and orchestration
management node) and the system nodes, even if it's never officially
supported in non-NFM mode, that should give people comfort that it's a
viable tool to manage BroadWorks servers.
