Thanks for everyone's help. I have pointed that test number to the announcement ready ready .... My Tandem provider is saying the issue is corrected on their end. 

But can I get my group to test that number again and report the findings.

Can I get group members to call this number and report their results to me.  This will help me to troubleshoot the problem more in depth.
