[VoiceOps] Help with Incoming calls to 256-574-3285

Got 'ready ready' from Paetec in Northern VA, but it took about 90 
seconds from the time our PBX sent the setup message until I got the 
recording.

 From a Google Voice number in CA, about 7 rings, then ready-ready
