I'll just be happy when we come up with a safe way to handle T.38 and G.722 interop. Forward motion is being made on that too, thankfully. (I hate to keep talking inteliquent up, I don't work for them and don't get money from them, but they've been very forward looking any time I've worked with them. They support G.722 transport between enabled carriers, etc. If they transcoded to wireless wideband codecs i'd probably marry them.).
