[VoiceOps] caller id issues with telepacific and iPhone6(ATT)

no androids or windows.
from what i'm reading, it has to do wtih iphone VoLTE service.
trying to poll to see if anyone else has had issues on someone other
than telepacific.
i'm not sure what the 'att plan' comment was before this but i do not
have att service.
