[VoiceOps] caller id issues with telepacific and iPhone6(ATT)

We discovered this problem a few months back. 

I've also read its specific to iPhone and Voice over LTE.  If I recall correctly going into your iPhone 6 settings and disabling LTE or Voice over LTE 'fixes' the problem.

no androids or windows.

from what i'm reading, it has to do wtih iphone VoLTE service.

trying to poll to see if anyone else has had issues on someone other than telepacific.

i'm not sure what the 'att plan' comment was before this but i do not have att service.
