[VoiceOps] SIP packet capture with index

VoipMonitor lets you store just the RTP headers so you can still see the quality stats but cut down on disk space and creepiness (listening) issues. I store about 30 days of RTP header data - and 90 days of CDR data on VoipMonitor for troubleshooting.
