[VoiceOps] Broadsoft SMS

Who provides the SMS functionality of Broadcloud? Does Broadsoft provide
the DID (as I believe BroadCloud is hosted by Broadsoft) or can you uses
our own SMS enabled DID provider like Bandwidth.com or Level3?
