[VoiceOps] Directory Assistance

We recently changed over to CCCS.  Consolidated Call Center Services.
We've only been live for a couple months and have very little traffic.
However we have a few customers that use the service a lot and they have no
complaints so far.  They were very easy to deal with throughout the entire
process.
