Rich,
Service should have restored within 10 minutes of your email. We had a portion of our network hammered with double the normal call attempts within a 10 minute period. We have mitigated the issue and services are back to normal now. Our NOC is in the process of replying to tickets as I type this.
I’m sorry for the disruption and I thank you for your business.
