Alphatech
Baudisch (more specialised security stuff)

I think Algo have one too.

2N is the most popular.

The key considerations are:

1) How much echo on a call.  Some units we tested, the audio quality rubbish

2) how waterproof. And if it is a fully waterproof model, ensure you 
follow the manufacturer's instructions to mount.   We have returns where 
the installer has just drilled a hole through the waterproof case to 
install, make it not waterproof anymore.
