Ours rings a magic extension.  It adds an Alert-Info: headers so that
the (snom) phone ringing sounds like a door bell.

And then when somebody answers, it automatically drops into a conference
call with an Algo SIP Alerter.  So other people can listen in on the
call (our warehouse mainly).
