[VoiceOps] Verizon (Bell Atlantic) headache

If someone is able to assist with a TF number that got dropped off an
account when the BTN number was ported out of Verizon, please contact me.

Verizon repair is unable to help because they don't show any numbers on the
account even though the BTN should have been reassigned. However every
person we call says something different.

Yay Verizon strike headache.
