I’ve used these guys, the API is quite simple:

I agree. You do not need to buy NPAC access if all you want is LRN dipping for some back-office task automation.
You can buy that service from the same companies that sell CNAM dipping and LRN dipping for call routing purposes.
You may need to adjust it for your needs and do a bit of coding / scripting. You may need to figure out the difference between OCN (in LERG terms) and SPID (in NPAC terms) and map one into another, or do some similar kind of wizardry.

Many LRN dipping companies allow a dip over http in various formats. Match the LRN to the NPANXX in the LERG and that should provide the carrier name.
LRN dips are much cheaper than CNAM dips. Usually 1000 dips is less than $0.01.

Thanks for the input everyone.
Long term, it sounds like I need to get setup in NPAC.
Short term, I plan to filter my requests down to a manageable quantity and just query Opencnam or Twilio.
Sincerely,

I would like to acquire a list of TN's and their respective carriers for a small rate center (14 blocks of numbers)
I can do API requests to Twilio or another provider to lookup a carrier per TN, but that is outside of my budget.
Does anyone know a more efficient way to acquire this information?
Sincerely,
Keln Taylor
