You may need to adjust it for your needs and do a bit of coding / scripting. You may need to figure out the difference between OCN (in LERG terms) and SPID (in NPAC terms) and map one into another, or do some similar kind of wizardry.

Many LRN dipping companies allow a dip over http in various formats. Match the LRN to the NPANXX in the LERG and that should provide the carrier name.

LRN dips are much cheaper than CNAM dips. Usually 1000 dips is less than $0.01.
