[VoiceOps] Feedback request - Inteliquent

We've used Onvoy as a primary for many years. The service itself is
outstanding, and I can't think of any issues they caused other than minor
things like a CNAM mismatch or other minor things. NOC support is also
excellent and fast, with very good prioritization of issues. As they have
acquired others, and with the Intelliquent merger, things have been
stable. We see new rate centers and are happy.
The Onvoy ordering portal... UGH. That's the most horrifying piece of
crap on the planet. I had to write our own internal docs for our people to
be able to use it. There is absolutely nothing intuitive about it, ever.
We don't process a whole lot of ports and orders, so our port/order person
has to use our how-to every time (weekly maybe). It's just that bad.
They've blown us off on giving us API access for years. There's always a
new API soon, or we'll talk soon, etc... Our original sales rep is gone,
and our new one has yet to respond to one e-mail I have sent him.
We're playing with thinQ right now. Prices are pretty competitive, and the
portal is excellent. My sales contact, who I've known for years, is
responsive, friendly, and helpful. Interop went well and I've enjoyed
working with everyone I've talked to. In fact today I've spent the day
beating their portal, doing orders and ports, etc. Totally happy with the
experience.
We will soon have a rating/LCR/etc system in place (CSRP) and that will
give us more visibility into how prices compare at the micro level. But
just glancing, thinQ seems to compete OK with Onvoy on prices (although
Onvoy is one of their top ULCs).
