Currently we are doing approximately 7 million minutes per month. We have about 3,000 DIDs

Could you elaborate on the dealings with Bandwidth? Who do you prefer to deal with now?

For questions like this, it's important to tell us your volume of calls and how many DIDs you'd be looking for. You may be too small for Onvoy, or too big for Vitelity, etc.

It's been a few years, but Bandwidth boned us and aggressively refused to make it right. I'd never do business with them again.

In the market for a new SIP Inbound provider. Was wondering who other people are using? Currently looking at bandwidth and vitelity / onvoy...whose more reliable?
