[VoiceOps] 411 provider recommendations

Hahaha, I'm saying that fax should never be used, and that 411 actually
isn't. I see them both as useless, but people have proven to be too dumb
to replace fax. I think they don't need 411 though, at least in business.
So I'm curious to hear from others about that.
Hey, does anyone else route 611 to their tech support line? I don't know
if anyone calls it any more, but it's an option.
