I own a full featured answering service along with a Taqua T7000 & Broadworks.   We can build a SIP trunk between our switches and you can forward calls to our service.   Keep everything VoIP, no need to route through PSTN.  We can bill you wholesale or bill your clients directly

my client is looking to eliminate voice mails from several of their departments, and rather have a live person answer the call as a answering service,

and they need the ability to track of the calls were called back after a message was taken, etc
