I know the OP wanted software, but I'm interested.
We use VoiceNation for our emergency backup line, in case OUR
infrastructure is down. Thankfully our customers haven't had to use it, but
we want offnet coverage.
VoiceNation charges $50/month plus $1 or $2 per minute. We get 1-2 calls a
year, most of them are not for us.
When they do get a message, they do a "Live Relay" through a call tree
until someone is reached, at which point the message is relayed.
Since we're low volume, like 0-2 calls a year, I'd love to know of any
other carriers that offer live 24/7 live answering and message relay for
less than VoiceNation.
I'm looking at:
* AnswerAmerica -- $1/call, don't know if they do Live Relay
* AnswerNet -- unsure of pricing, unsure of Live Relay
* Specialty Answering Service -- $29/month + $1.19/minute
Any others (with pricing considering our situation) is appreciated!
PatLive is too much for us. Unsure of AnswerAllUSA
