to machine processing?

Ten years ago, when I last cared about this, the canonical answer was
CCMI. Is that still the answer?

Any idea on pricing? Does anyone offer
"can-this-NPA-NXX-call-that-NPA-NXX-locally"-aaS, but reliably?
