[VoiceOps] AS43317 OOO Fishnet Communications

Anyone familiar with this carrier? We've been getting a flood of FAS
complaints that lead back to a media IP on their network, 77.73.68.227. One
of our clients is upset that their traffic to the USA is associated in any
way with Russia.
