Sorry, I was unclear, we don't use OmniGraffle for generic everyday call
flows. In fact we don't do anything visual and just discuss it with the
customer. I realize this doesn't scale and that's what you need to do. We
use OmniGraffle for network drawings, conceptual call flows that are highly
customized (no templates), and for business processes where we are
integrating communications. Everything is a one-off for us.
