I would guess this was the result of the USTelecom Industry Traceback
Group getting the job done well. Too may point of origin or foreign
gateway complaints and the FCC and FTC come calling. We might see more
of this happening come the end of July when the FCC will appoint the
official traceback group crated by the TRACED Act.
