[VoiceOps] TNS Outage?

We use them for CNAM/LNP/TF lookups and aren't seeing issues. We don't get our A Links from them though.

We have redundant A-Links to TNS and both are hard down. Ticket is
open, but no ETR. Anybody have an idea what's happening?
