[VoiceOps] Huge increase of scam calls?

Our customers are reporting a very large increase in spam/scam calls in the
last week or so.  Anyone else seeing the same?  Any idea why?  One number I
tracked is getting nearly 50 per day.  All fake caller ID of course.
