[VoiceOps] Charter/Spectrum Assist?

We have a DNS A record that intermittently stops resolving on Spectrum DNS.
Clients won’t be able to reach it for a few days. And then it starts
working again.

Can someone at Spectrum reach out? I’d be happy to provide specifics.
