[VoiceOps] 8YY Traffic

I did mean for my outbound 8YY calls. 


It was my understanding that I didn't have a cost for that traffic, just that I was forfeiting some amount of revenue.

I was just commenting on what the trunks would accept......not whether 
its cost or time effective to save the 8YY dips so you point it to a 
cheaper route.
