[VoiceOps] Five9 Issues / DDoS?

Bandwidth resells DIDs from Canadian carriers (Tier 5), and Voice and SMS
flow through Bandwidth. Just because it isn't on-net Bandwidth doesn't mean
Bandwidth is not involved.

They also resell another US carrier as well, so the LRN carrier is not the
end-all be-all answer.
