[VoiceOps] Mitel 3300 Issues

For reasons exactly like this, we will only deploy an Adtran (TA-90x is
what I use) in front of a Mitel system, for either POTS or PRI Handoff.
Everything else has just been nothing but problems inter-oping to the
MITEL. Normally we just walk away from a MITEL System anymore. The
support headaches are not worth the revenue.

Try throwing an Adtran in front of the MITEL and see if the problems go
away.
