[VoiceOps] Force an Outbound Caller ID Number on Broadworks

This is what is happening on the ONT:
APP > VoIP Settings > Supplementary Service

I will save the ONT with Calling Line Identification Display (1) as
the preferred choice. When the device loses power or reboots, it will
deselect Calling Line Identification Display (1) and select Calling
Line identification Restriction.

As a result, caller ID will be restricted and will not show up on a
recipient's phone.
