[VoiceOps] Force an Outbound Caller ID Number on Broadworks

Is there a way to force an outbound caller ID number on Broadworks? We
have a SIP ONT that seems to auto enable its caller ID restriction
feature. We would like to make it where regardless what the ONT sends,
always make the external number of outbound calls the user's DID.

I think is doing the equivalent of a *69 as it just unknown for the
caller id name and number when calling outbound.
