*nods* and that's where we work Frontier's system, via VFO's LSR system. We do it for numbers we have in our allocation.
I just didn't know if in the VoIP space, any of the providers would proxy that request.

Directory Listing orders have always been submitted through the LECs LSR
system, but I don't believe you can submit an order unless you're
leasing or reselling one of their lines.
