[VoiceOps] Level3 / Centurylink / Lumen Contact?

Is there anyone on here from Level3 / Centurylink / Lumen ? We're getting
a lot of complaints about their clients not being able to call us.
Unfortunately, telling them to open a ticket with their carrier that they
cannot call us generally falls on deaf ears. Hoping to find someone that
can check their routing to our switch.
