[VoiceOps] LIDB Usage

When auditing our LIDB procedures, I wanted to check in to see what everyone else was doing. How much of the data are you entering? It seems like the minimum you'd need to enter would be phone number, OCN, and Caller Name. It seems like if you wanted to block the caller name display, you'd not create the record in the first place. Does anybody do collect calls or 3rd party billing anymore? Does any of the rest of the stuff matter or is used by anything?
